Quick Escape

It's been awhile since the last Malacca trip (last year) I guess. Last minute plan to have a day food hunt at our 'Second Home'. We were feeling nostalgia most of the time and so many flash back. 

But the weather wasn't good and raining most of the time hence island hopping is definitely out :/

Our first meal starts as early as 7am! Since is Sunday, for sure we're heading to Gaya street for Yee Fung laksa/beef noodles. Something you can't get in KL is the Teh Maderas which always taste better than teh tarik :D

After breakie, decided to go to Kundasang and positive that the rain might stop :P

Unfortunately it was still raining when we got up there and it was super duper cold! 

So we had milk and some sausages.

We love our pink rain coats :3

Then we thought of going to sunset bar for a drink cause usually they will have nice jazz live band there but apparently it was closed that day.

Nowadays because of work, you didn't really get much time to meet up with friends compared to last time where you will be seeing them like almost everyday. Sometimes having a short random escape like this is indeed nice =)

I'm feeling blessed that having great people around me that motivate you and eventually make you a better person. Real friends like this is hard to gain and if you have them, please treasure and appreciate them. Love you bitches!

Wamssler - "A Taste of Gold'

When come to wine, we always heard of red wine or white wine that commonly can be found in the market which fermented from grapes. But there also other types of wine which called honey wine and for sure it's fermented from honey. Discover this wine when I went to the Hot Import Nights in Penang and I personally do like this wine which is Wamssler mead which is purely fermented from honey without any sugar =) We all know that honey contain high level of anti-oxidant and is always the main ingredient when come to beauty or health care product.

So when Anna told me that it's made of honey, I was so curious and love the taste after give a try on it. I would say it's delicious and the aroma of honey lingers in my mouth~ I do ask her why they call it "The Drink of Love" and then only I know that it has its history as well where back to the medieval days, the father in law will give the honey wine to the newly married couple for 1 full moon so that they will give birth for a baby boy where last time they don't have month but call it as moon. That's why people call it honey moon. Hence, honey came before grape wine.

The Meet Up

Forgot when is the last time i log-in my blog, was busy with practical and part times job is there is any... Miss  the routine i use to have where you can see your friends everyday, eat together, look for nice desserts .... After so long since we left KK, finally we found a day that most of us can gather up =)

Then went to Lavazza for late dinner, don't really eat cause were still full so just order some drinks and chit chat there.
